One email address. That's the whole story.
Dawn is pre-launch. There's no store, no account and no checkout — so there's very little of you here to protect. Here's exactly what there is.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store the email address you type in, plus a short tag noting which part of the site you signed up from, and the date and time. That is the entire record.
We don't ask for your name, your address, your phone number or anything about your hearing. There is no account to create and no payment to make.
What we do with it
We use your email for one thing: to tell you when Dawn opens, and occasionally to share progress along the way. Every message we send has a one-click unsubscribe.
We do not sell your email address, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.
Where it lives
Waitlist signups are stored in our hosted database, which is only reachable by our own team. The stored list can't be read from this website by visitors — the signup form can add to it and nothing more.
Getting it removed
Email support@dawnhearing.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your record and confirm it. You don't need to give a reason.
When this changes
The moment Dawn sells anything, this page gets replaced by a full privacy policy covering orders, support and everything else — published before the first order window opens, not after. Until then, the short version above is the honest and complete one.
